How do I transfer mail from Thunderbird?
I'd like to test out Postbox by exporting mail from Thunderbird (or another mail program) & importing into Postbox. I see no instructions on how to do that on the Postbox website. Anyone have experience with this?

Inappropriate?Great question dsackett. The first time you run Postbox it will offer to migrate your settings and e-mail from Thunderbird!
Thanks for trying Postbox. -
Inappropriate?Ok, cool. How would it handle something more obscure, like Pegasus Mail? I attempted a transfer of mail from it to Thunderbird; it was painful but possible. I eventually went back when I found that TB didn't have a feature I used (using a rule to forward mail).

Inappropriate? Why are you using so many e-mail clients, dsackett? I only use TB and now Postbox and soon, one of them will be gone, most likely TB, by the looks of things.
Outlook is crap, so I never use that.
I’m happy

I only use one--the old one--but I support others who use TB. I'm in a small business setting, and a number of people use older mail clients (even crappy Outlook) rather than suffer through moving piles of mail to a new client. I've been moving people to TB over the years; even so, some could use the searching benefits of Postbox if it's fast enough & reliable. -
Inappropriate?I tried to import my (admittedly hefty) Eudora email database and Picture Box bombed out completely.
On restart it had only picked up the email account details but no mail.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?I couldn't find this info on Postbox's website either- seems pretty basic info.
