How to Manage Contacts Icons/Avatars
How do we manage the image associated with a given contact when new mail arrives? Where does Postbox get the image in question? If from the Contact List, then when updating the Contact List with contact data including icons for those contacts, shouldn't they now appear in my Inbox thus?
I am referring to the Contacts view pane at far right in the Inbox view. I have assigned images to contacts in my contact list, but they don't show up in this pane. Others do.

Inappropriate?I was wondering the exact same thing.

Inappropriate? Are you referring to the image you assign to a Contact by editing the contact properties in the Address Book? This is how I add images and they show up in the right hand information strip of actual messages.
-
Inappropriate?I think the confusion lies in the separation (or confusing relationship) between Contacts and Address Book.

Inappropriate?Ah I see; View menu - Contacts versus Go menu - Address Book. That is confusing. Contacts seems to be a list of every email address that has come in on any account setup in Postbox though I can't see what its purpose is. Perhaps someone from the Postbox team could explain?
I’m confused
