Inappropriate?I don't understand. What's wrong with the mail client?
It doesn't make sense to have Postbox on Iphone at all and also I believe Apple's SDK EULA prohibit any email clients.

Inappropriate?I think the default mail client on the iPhone is fine for what it needs to do. I would rather the guys put maximum effort into completing PostBox without diverting to another platform.
Apple would knock it back anyway -- you can't run it in the background either, so not much use. Apple will be launching this new background notification service but you just know it will be not all it is made out to be; Apple are already 18 months behind with releasing this service.
