junk versus remote images option banner

If an email that contains remote images is received and this is an email I want to mark as junk, the yellow allow images banner takes precedence over the junk banner. I then have to use a menu command, etc, to identify the mail as junk..... Either both should appear, or the junk message should take precedence since I really don't care about the images in a junk mail anyway.
