Modifying Message Subject with a Filter
Sirs,
Would it be possible to ADD to the FILTERS a feature Entourage has:
- modify the message Subject as an action of a filter
In my case, I systematically insert a date (reverse: YYMMDD) at the beginning of the subject of each message.
For more details, just look what Entourage does (with one of its RULES).
FYI, given my filing method, I can't move to Postbox if this feature is not available. Shouldn't be difficult to implement, as you allow (manually) the modification the subject.

Thanks for the feature suggestion in Postbox. We currently don't have plans to implement that feature at this time but will consider it for a future update.
You can use Postbox's flexible tagging model via topics to help organize and triage your incoming mail. You can set up filters to apply topics.
You can also edit the subject of a message by hand by clicking the edit button when reading the msg.
