multiple mails appear, also unread count incorrect
after upgrading to b8 new mails sometimes appear multiple times in the inbox, also the inbox counter still shows 14 unread messages, but there were none. After restarting postbox it worked again.Seems to happen, if a mail arrives while I am reading an email in another folder.

Inappropriate?Knut, is this an IMAP account? and are you reading a message in another imap account or a local folder?

Inappropriate?This has been happening to me in the new version as well--the unread count is off until I restart Postbox. I'm using POP.

Inappropriate?The multiple/duplicate emails is also happening for me. Some emails show up twice--deleting or archiving one does it to both. Sometimes they form a thread together, sometimes they don't. Sometimes new messages in a thread don't get added to the thread. And when I try to archive one of the double messages, the oldest message in my inbox duplicates and shows up as new in place of the one I archived. Bizzare! This all happened with the new update--I was having no problems before.

Inappropriate?If you have a POP3 filter that moves messages to another folder this seems to be happening frequently. You might want to turn that filter rule off until we can push out a fix.1 Comment Add a comment

this bug was not in b07. Can it be fixed fast ? it's pretty annoying... thanks and gread job with postbox, i left thunder for post(i'm on mac)... p.s.: i have many filters, also i have a colegue that has no pop3 filter and he has the same problem

Inappropriate?We're going to be pushing a new update to take in the latest mozilla
security fixes (gecko 1.9.0.7) shortly and we're going to take advantage of
that opportunity to also fix some of the bugs our testers found with b8
including this one.
Do you guys mind giving a test build a spin and verifying that this issue is fixed for you and reporting back here?
