OPENING TEMPLATES
I have an email that I frequently send out, and saved it as a template - but - there is no way that I have found (and I am open to the possibility that I am just being dense) to open it as a new email. There doesn't seem to be a help topic on opening templates either.
How do you do that?

Inappropriate?This is kind of baffling.
Save as template? but there doesn't appear to be a way of naming the template.
I eventually found that the template is saved in a 'template' folder right down at the bottom of the folder list, but when you open it you can't address it.
For the moment I am saving my templates (including logo images, to the Draft folder, then opening and editing, but there doesn't appear to be a means of saving them as 'read only'
I just had to pay for the programme to be allowed to continue to use it, and I definitely think now it is out of beta, there should be proper comprehensive help -
Inappropriate?Hi George,
I'm not sure I understand the problem you are having with Message Templates. Templates are a persisted message that you can re-send as many times as you like. Just double click the template in your templates folder and it opens in a compose window where you can address and then send it. The template remains in the template folder so you can send it again to someone else later.
Is the problem that Postbox isn't recognizing your templates folder? Does it have a special icon next to the folder name in the folder pane? If not, go to Tools / Account Settings / <select> / Copies & Folders to set your templates folder.
Cheers,
-Scott</select>
