Postbox 1.0.1 with SnowLeopard?
Are all features of PostBox 1.0.1 working with Mac OSX 10.6 Snow Leopard, now?
A bit of history... I have been using Mozilla/Seamonkey for 8-10+ years for my email and webbrowsing, but I stumbled upon PostBox about a month ago when I learned that SeaMonkey was not compatible with SnowLeopard. I have been using PostBox for a week and LOVE IT! I would really like to upgrade to SnowLeopard, but am afraid to do so if PostBox wont be fully functioning. I read in posts that are about a month old that the "quicklook" feature was not working in SnowLeopard. Has it been fixed yet? Are you running SnowLeopard and does it work ok for you? Thanks! :)

I am really excited to now be able to upgrade to Snow Leopard. Words cant express how much I love PostBox. After using mozilla/seamonkey for 10 years (prior to that I used Netscape). I find postbox to be just like checking my email in seamonkey, but BETTER! I realize its not free, but I'm willing to pay the price for the ease of use, its just more intuitive. I check 8-10 accounts and it lets me seamlessly file the messages. The search is better too.
I have a non-postbox question though-- do you use Safari for webbrowsing with SnowLeopard? The one reason why I've used the Mozilla/SeaMonkey suite for so many years is that it has a simple web "composer" where I create basic websites listing the assigned readings for the classes I teach. Do you have any recommendations as to what I use instead (so that I can upgrade to Snow Leopard)?

I use a couple of browsers for webbrowsing. Mostly Safari, a little bit of Firefox. I don't have a suggestion for you for a web composer application as that's not something I do often.

Inappropriate?No, the PB 1.0.1 crashes all the time under 10.6. It was better when it was free. It's even stopped launching and/or opening altogether on my G5 on Leopard. I paid for everything and I am sorry. You know, lifetime upgrades, family size. I don't understand how this outfit can take your money and let it all get wasted.
I’m upset,frustrated and ready to ask for my $60 back.

Sorry to hear about your crash issue. Does the Postbox crash reporter tool come up when you crash? If so, can you add a comment like "traviscrash" in the comment box so I can look up your crash report?
Also, is the crash at startup or when doing a search or selecting a particular folder?

Hi Scott I have the same problem with PB crashes all the time since I upgraded to Snow Leopard 10.6.1
How to solve this? Please post a detailed advice. Unfortunately the Postbox Crash Reporter does not come up. Max -

Is it crashing on startup or after you do a particular activity (such as sending a message, searching or going idle?)

This is the poster, Travis, all seems well now except for occasssional duplicate inbox messages. I am not sure how to insert license on my G5 copy.
