Postbox reports incorrect number of unread messages
Postbox reports the incorrect number of new messages both next to the mailbox name and in the dock icon. The incorrect number of new messages manifests itself in both the Mac and Windows versions. As you can see in the screenshot, I have 6 unread messages (one in the Inbox and 5 in the Facebook folder) and yet Postbox reports only 1 unread message next to the account name and in the dock.

Inappropriate?hi wingrun,
by default Postbox only counts unread messages in the inbox at the account level.
You can toggle this behavior by going to Preferences / Advanced / Config Editor
typing in:
pb.accounts.show_unread_for_inbox_only
and toggling that preference to false.
you might need to restart for it to take effect.
