'Resend' doesn't work if Postbox is sent to compose in plaintext
If I select any message (plaintext or HTML, it seems) and select 'Resend' from the message menu, Postbox creates a new message with a lot of gecko-specific HTML garbage in the field, starting with '<div class="moz-text-flowed">', if that account is set to compose in plaintext. It seems that since the message is being displayed in my Sent folder as a rendered HTML div, it's simply grabbing the source of the div for my new mail. If I try to send it, it just gets sent as a plaintext document containing all that HTML (copious br's, etc), that doesn't render correctly.

Inappropriate?Good bug report crux. Although this is working for me for the sampling of HTML messages I've tested against. Makes me wonder if the message you are trying to resend is really HTML...maybe it is plain text but using format-flowed and we are messing that up?
If you view the source of the original message you are trying to send, what content type does the message look like? -
Inappropriate?Sorry, I should have clarified. All of my servers are set to compose in plaintext only. However, of course, the message display panel renders the emails as html divs. It seems that it's the rendering code that it's reproducing, not the compositon code.
Now, that said, if I take an arbitrary message from my inbox, I get some messed up div code in the new window if i choose 'Resend' whether it's viewed as plain text, simple html, or original html. -
Inappropriate?crux,
Your issue might be the same one as this one: http://getsatisfaction.com/postbox/to...
If so, we're working on a fix.

Inappropriate?I'm not sure if my problem is the same or not, because it's so wide-ranging. I hope some progress has been made because it's not just 'Resend' -- even simply loading a message from my drafts completely ruins it. For instance, an email that said,
Sholem aleykhem Profesor Finkel,
Az me nitst eyer vunderlekh vebzaytl mitn iPhone, di beyde araynshtrom-erter difaltirn zikh (zayt mir moykhl) in
when I saved it to drafts in my Google Apps IMAP account and double clicked on it to resume writing, loads up in the message composition window as this:
I’m frustrated
