Is there a way to put all my messages in one mailbox instead of having a mailbox for each account?

Inappropriate?The only way I know of is for POP accounts. Not sure that it works for IMAP.
If you go to the POP account's server settings and click on the Advanced button (near 'Empty Trash on Exit', near the bottom), you can select where you want new email to go. This doesn't apply to old email though. You would have to manually move old email.
