Slow doing Gmail IMAP Search after reindexed folders

Search is painfully slow -- uses up alot of resources...am on 1.0.2 and already did a re-index of all folders.

Hi Timothy,

Is this on a Mac? Do you feel like things recently got slower or this has always been this way? If you restart Postbox do things get better?

For grins, try downloading the vacuum add-on for postbox:

http://postbox-inc.com/extensions

and then going to Tools / Indexing / Vacuum

this might freeze postbox for a while while it does its thing.

When it is done if you reboot does search get faster?
