I have this problem, too! Tell me when someone solves it.
The more people who report this problem, the more it gets noticed.

The company has acknowledged this problem.

Hi s.hum as you discovered at this time we don't support conversation mode for cross folder saved searches but we hope to in the near future so stay tuned!
