Two folders for sent messages, why ?
Hi !
What is the difference between "Sent" and "Sent Messages" ? When I sent a message it goes in one of these folders and I must always look on one of them to find my sent messages...

Inappropriate?Hi Claude,
Postbox by default uses a folder called Sent. Some mail clients (like mail.app use Sent messages).
I suspect when you got started on Postbox we didn't recognize your previous sent messages folder as your sent folder so we created a new one.
You should be able to fix this by doing the following:
1) Tools / Account Settings / <account> / Copies and Folders
Set the account to use the sent folder you want (Sent Messages or Sent)
2) restart postbox
3) now drag messages from the one sent folder you don't want to use as a sent folder and move them into the sent message folder in step 1.
You should be good to go!
</account>

Hi Scott,
Thank you for your response. I must say that when I tried to delete the folder "Sent Messages", using click-right, it didn't work. I had to delete it from the Edit menu. Npw it is OK, there is only one Sent folder. -
Inappropriate?Hi Scott
The folder "Sent Messages" is still there, I try to delete it following your instructions, but it comes back again and again...
And PostBox crashes all the time, specially when I delete the many ghost messages.
Thanks for your help. -
