I’m frustrated

Analytics been processing for hours

My analytics is not working. It has been processing for quite a few hours but gets no further. The site address is www.edutechnow.com
I have checked the feed and it loads in Outlook and IE with no problem.

Hi Alan - Yeah, there's a problem that seems to have started this morning. Not sure why discovery isn't picking up new sites, but Andrew is working on it. Once we have things fixed up, I'll let you know.

Hi Alan - Just wanted to update you. The issue seems to be a slow routing problem. Basically, it's taking too long to ping your site for data and get it back, so the system is giving up. Andrew's still working on it, but unfortunately it wasn't something that was a 30-second fix.

Same problem; several sites I added yesterday still not showing up. My sites are all up and responding normally. Pls advise? Thank you

  Hi Paul - It looks like there's an issue on our end with discovering feed (which includes adding them to accounts). I've forwarded the issue to the developers to take a look, but since today's a holiday, it'll probably be tomorrow before it gets resolved. As soon as things are working better, I'll let you know.

Thanks very much for the prompt response, and yes, all sites are active in Postrank now.

FYI, I am still not getting feed activity for most of them as discussed in this other issue ticket:

but I recognize that's a separate issue.

Any ETA on when that might be tackled? We're very excited about Postrank, but it's a little frustrating to see the Twitter activity count link in the PR report but not be able to click through and see the actual tweets/supporting items.

  All outstanding sites issues have been submitted, so the guys are working on them. Unfortunately I don't have an exact ETA. Can you send me the email address the account is under? I can get ask on the status/issue of specific sites, then -- melanie@postrank.com.
