Blog entries showing up twice in feed
Hi There,
Can some at PR explain two things to me?
1. Why are blog entries showing up twice in this feed: http://www.postrank.com/feed/31df630f...
2. Why do the identical blog entries have different rankings?

Inappropriate?Travis, it appears that your feed was switched to HTTPS protocol at one point and because of that our system picked the stories as new. Ex:
https://www.pluralsight.com/community...
vs
http://www.pluralsight.com/community/...
Also, the scores are different because the URL's are different - it appears that most of your readers interact with the non-https pages.

Travis, duplicates should be fixed now! -
Thank you, Ilya, for the answer. I understand that the different URLs would be ranked differently because HTTP and HTTPS would be bookmarked, linked to, etc. different numbers of times effecting each page's respective rank. However, as a user of your service, I found it to be very unintuitive. It also made me suspicious of your service's accuracy. As you guys are in a time of building trust and establishing your reputation, I would suggest that you guys consider treating HTTP and HTTPS URLs as identical if they are only different by an S (https:// vs http://). As such, the rank would be the combination of both HTTP and HTTPS.
Just my $0.02. -
Travis, I agree, we'll see what we can do!
