Hi Jay -- This should be working better now. I'm seeing posts up to Nov. 5th, a variety of metrics, and comment counts are matching up.
Can you confirm things look alright at your end?

Inappropriate?Hey Melanie. Looks like it's pulling posts, but is NOT pulling comments. Had ~200 comments on yesterday's post, but none are showing on Postrank, which of course messes up engagement points, engagement score, comparisons vs. other posts, etc.

Inappropriate?Hi Jay - Just to update you here, what we *thought* was causing the delay doesn't seem to be the issue in your case (posts are caught up, for example, but some metrics are still missing or behind). Unfortunately, couldn't learn that til the upgrade was completed. Sorry again for the additional delay. However, I've outlined to the devs exactly what's missing, and that's being re-investigated.

Inappropriate?Ok, so the problem is that your blog platform uses a form of paginated comments that we can't analyze. Basically, we can only "read" what's on the first page. It's unfortunately not something we can fix currently.
