Cannot set up two profiles on the one computer
Every time I try to set up another profile on this computer it keeps reverting to my original name etc depsite having accepted my new account and new email address. As an SEO I want to have different accounts for different campaigns my clients are using. You keep reverting to my original profile which is just totally useless and really frustrating.
Please let me know what to do to fix this big. Thanks

PS When I pressed Continue (below) and thought in order to save you some time maybe, Id check out one of the questiosn posed previously, realising it had nothing to do with my problem, on reverting back here you'd deleted my question - even more frustration! Please fix this bug for those that come along after me.Thanks

Inappropriate?Hi Matt -- A couple questions for you. Are you using a second email address to try and set up a second profile/account, or trying to set up a second one using the mattgsph@yahoo.co.uk (or a different email) again? (You can't set up multiple accounts with the same email address, I'm afraid.) If you're not actually trying to set up a second profile/account, let me know that, too.
Re. deleting your question, Get Satisfaction is a third party site, which we don't run, so I can't change its functionality, and I don't have the ability to delete inquiries. They do have their own page here, though, so I'd recommend logging the issue there: http://getsatisfaction.com/getsatisfa... -
Inappropriate?Thanks Melanie,
My colleague and I set up an original account with your program using the profile name of samd123. (I dont have the connected email address at this time) I now am looking to set up a second account with the profile of mattgsph and the new email address of mattgsph@yahoo.co.uk.
Going forward, I want to set up separate accounts for all our sites individually and then for all our clients' sites also. Each will have separate email accounts etc. The idea is to keep postings about solar power apart from postings about video games, colon cleanse products or the law of attraction. They could all go into one big melting pot I suppose, but it would be so much better to keep them separate.
About the deleting issue, that is just an annoying bit of programming. You could maybe ask them to put a warning on the page for people to save the post before taking a look to see the answer to the similar question. This kind of work can be quite frustrating at times and losing stuff you've typed just adds to things when you are having a frustrating day. Bottom line though is that no one will die from this little glitch so I probably was a little bit over-critical on my previous message. Sorry!
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
All the best,
Matt
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?Ok, so after you login with the mattgsph email and password, what comes up is the account information for the samd123 account?
