frozen relevancy ranking
relevancy ranking - i've uninstalled AideRSS and reinstalled it a few times because after a few days use the ranking button either disappears or, most recently, it has frozen.

Feel free to ping me via email (ilya at aiderss.com). Any screenshots, steps to reproduce the problem, etc, would be very helpful! -
Inappropriate?Hi,
I run the AideRSS plugin in Firefox 3.0 under Ubuntu 8.04 and find that a. it delays a bit the Google Reader and b. the ranking drop-down menu is unresponsive (i.e. stuck to All). I don't mind the delay that much - just the fact that I can't use the ranking menu.
Thanks

Hello! I've forwarded this issue to our developer who handles most of the Google Reader issues. Fortunately, he's a Linux guy, too. :) Will let you know once we get it sorted out, or if we have any questions. -
Have you installed any new extensions recently or anything else that may have caused the slowdown? Are you using the Greasemonkey script or the extension version? -
Inappropriate?I am using the extension version. I have installed some plugins to Firefox - not Google Reader in particular tho.
-
Hello again -- is the version you're having trouble with the Greasemonkey script or the other version? -
Inappropriate?Hello, thanks for taking the time to look into the issue. I'm not using Greasemonkey at all in my browser. So it's the 'other' version...

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you again. We had a launch in there and things got pretty busy. :) Ok, no GM. For some reason, people who've reported similar issues have said they go away after installing Greasemonkey and the other version. (Seems to negate some conflicts.) If you'd prefer not to do that, though, I can have our dev look into it some more. I'll need you to send me a list of the Firefox extensions you have (melanie at aiderss dot com). -
Inappropriate? No need to send you my list of Firefox extensions - the problem seems to have been solved by downloading the latest version of your GReader plugin. I had 2.2, I went to your website and clicked on the button that said 2.3 - that somehow downloaded 2.4 - but the All-Good-Great-Best button is working now
Thanks for your time anyway,
I’m amused
