How to remove PostRank?
I cannot remove PostRank filtering from Google Reader. I have uninstalled the Firefox extension and disabled Greasemonkey, but the "PostRank" filter link is still at the top of my Reader page, AND it is still functional. Do I need to disable/remove AideRSS too?

Inappropriate? If you've been using the Greasemonkey script, you'll need to uninstall that. In Firefox, you'd click on Tools, then Greasemonkey, then Manage User Scripts. In the window that pops up, there'll be an item probably called AideRSS Google Reader Integration. Click on it to select it, then click Uninstall. You may have to restart Firefox for the change to take effect.
You may also want to check if you happened to install the extension version of as well. For that one, in Firefox, you'd click Tools, then Add-ons, and in the window that pops up, look for a PostRank or AideRSS item, and disable or uninstall it, then restart Firefox.

Inappropriate? Thanks Melanie, that did the trick.
I may try PostRank again later, but right now it's not doing what I need, and I suspect it's slowing down my browser at times.
I’m thankful
