Implement PostRank for static URL
It would be great to add the possibioity to get a PostRank for a URL that is not a feed. Similar methodology would be used as a mix of Google PageRank + number of saves in delicious + number of diggs+ number of mention on twitter and so on.

Inappropriate?Phil, if I understand you correctly... You can do that. Namely, you don't necessarily have provide a 'feed' to get a postrank. If you take a look at our Thematic PostRank API [1], you'll see that you can find out the PostRank value for any collection of URLs.

I would have thought so but I havent had time to fiddle with the API and from your front-end web interface, I would get a "This feed isn't in our system yet, but we've scheduled it to be imported as soon as possible" response.
So using the Thematic PostRank API I can get a PostRank for any web page, is that correct ? Is the Google Pagerank a factor in determining the PostRank or just socia activity around it ? -
Yep, you can get the PostRank score for any web-page. To determine the score, we look at the 'engagement' factor of that URL in our database. For example: has anyone shared this link, commented on it, etc.

You can see all of the current engagement sources at the bottom of that page. As far as PageRank goes, not that is not a factor in our ranking. -
