Let us Customize Widget/Plugin on WordPress
Why not let us customize the Top Posts widget a bit more through the WordPress Plugin? I have installed it but I can not find a setting to set time-frame(month, year, day). Also, the PostRank shown on left is good, we should be given option to hide it as many people will be just clueless about these numbers!
How about letting us customize colors also? Existing schemes are nice but sometimes, we just want to integrate in our design!

Inappropriate?No, there isn't any longer a setting for time frame in the widget, as v2 was designed to work with our new system.
If you use the unstyled code snippet at the bottom of the customization page, you can style the widget (including hiding the scores) to match any theme you like.2 Comments

I did not find any option to customize the style. The unstyled code snippet just renders it transparent(background), I still do not find a way to hide scores! -
No, the unstyled code doesn't contain many options to edit things. By request we made it as basic as possible so those familiar working at that level could style it however they want to.
We might add more customization functionality to the widget in the future, but it's not a high priority right now. And enabling people to remove PostRank scores isn't something we want to encourage, as you can imagine. :)
