Sorry you're running into a problem. Could you try removing this line from the wp-postrank/postrank.php file?
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION,1);

Inappropriate?I've fixed both these problems in the latest version, so if you download it again, it should work.
