Checked back (sorry I lost track of this one), and this was fixed with the broader scale duplicates issue we recently took care of (or before).
I've submitted a request to updated the user URL to remove the out of date sub-domain.

Inappropriate?Sean, have you recently updated your site? It seems that we've picked up some duplicate stories for your RSS feed, where half of the stories contain a 'mygen' subdomain, and the other half don't. Ex:
http://mygen.sean-feeney.com/2008/11/...
http://sean-feeney.com/2008/11/openso...
Question: if we are to remove the duplicates, which format would you like us to keep? -
This comment was removed on 04/02/09.

Inappropriate?Yeah, I'm no longer using the mygen subdomain. Keep the sean-feeney.com or www.sean-feeney.com stories.
I’m happy someone responded

Inappropriate?Hi Sean - Are you seeing duplicates in recent posts, or just still in old ones?
-
Inappropriate?Hi Melanie - I'm not sure, they're all ranked as 10.0 (not useful?) and I post infrequently. I would say that they're probably just old ones. Maybe they need manually pruned from your database?
