What happened to my profile?
I signed into PostRank using my Google account earlier today, and created a profile for myself (MonTemplar). Now, when I sign in again, it's asking me to create a new profile, and of course my username is already taken! Can you guys fix this?

Inappropriate?Huh, that's a new one. How frustrating - my apologies. Could you send me your email address that you used to set up the account, and I'll get one of the developers to take a look.
-
Inappropriate?Well, since I signed in using Google, try alan.ralph@gmail.com

Inappropriate?Hello Alan,
It appears that you have two accounts in our system: @gmail.com and @redunser.co.uk. The nickname MonTemplar belongs to your @redunser.co.uk account. Both accounts are associated with an OpenID. Try logging in using your @redunser.co.uk account. -
Inappropriate?Ok, I'm able to log in to PostRank using my @redunser.co.uk - but my existing account and the 7 subscriptions that I have are tied to my other account which is under my Google sign-in (the @gmail.com address).
My problem now is that when I log in using my Google ID I am being sent straight to the profile set-up page, but my nickname (MonTemplar) is now taken. Do I have to use a different nickname, of can you nix the other account for me? As things stand now, I cannot make any changes to my subscriptions until I've completed the profile set-up page. -
Inappropriate?Hello Alan,
If you would like, I can merge your two accounts together, just let me know the following:
1. Which email would you like to keep?
2. Do you want to keep an OpenID association to your account?
Sorry about the confusion. -
Inappropriate?I want to have just the original account, so I can log in with my Google ID (alan.ralph@gmail.com)
