Thanks. A bug would explain the numbers. I certainly don't have enough readers to generate that many comments. ;)

My counts are still off (200 comments on a post with none). Is it going to take time for them to update?

Yeah, it's not a global fix yet, so if you haven't submitted your site as having that issue, it won't be fixed yet. I'll get it taken care of and let you know when it's working right.
