Why does the PostRank fetch problem icon stop me from accessing my browser commands
Stuck in the left upper corner of my monitor is an icon with the words on it PostRank PostRank fetch problems and it doesn't respond in anyway . I need to remove it because it is stopping me from accessing any of my normal firefox Browser commands Can u help please?

Inappropriate?That's an odd one! Can you go to "Help > About Firefox", and tell us the Firefox version you're running? Have you tried updating to latest version of FF and plugin?

Inappropriate?For some reason, occasionally that message will lock/block Firefox. If you go to your Task Manager and kill the Firefox process, then re-start Firefox, the message should be gone, as should the non-responsiveness.
We're still trying to pin down exactly how to vanquish that little quirk. :) Apologies for the annoyance. -

Inappropriate?Thanks folks for your feedback - most appreciated. The version of Firefox i am running is 3.0.5 so I guess it is the latest on Windows 2000 SP 4. It seems to have gone away right now. I do like PostRank - great service..
