Widget not working, feed not found
Hello,
I began trying several days ago to add the PostRank widget to my wordpress blog (http://esgetology.com), but it doesn't show any posts at all. On the PostRank website, I have entered my blog's URL (both as http://esgetology.com and http://esgetology.com/feed), but it never shows up as recognized. Earlier today I uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, but it still isn't showing any data.

Looks like the widget was installed incorrectly. The feed hash should just be "686dcd2375a974f4736da50a2617ebf6" (minus the quotation marks).
At present it's the full URL from here it looks like: http://www.postrank.com/feed/686dcd23...

Inappropriate?Hi Christopher, thanks for the info. The system is showing your blog as not indexed yet, which is odd, but could also be the source of the issue. Was your site in our system before you tried adding the widget? (I.e. a page like this: http://www.postrank.com/feed/2560effb...)
In any case, I'll have the devs take a look and make sure your feed gets added and is appearing properly, then will let you know and we'll see if we can get the widget working better. -

Inappropriate?The feed is now showing up in PostRank (http://www.postrank.com/feed/686dcd23...), but it is currently showing 0% engagement. Is this normal (i.e., will it change upon perceiving engagement going forward), or does something more need to be done?

Partly. If you have a look at your feed, the stories are up to date now (May 31st). Things are still a bit behind on metrics gathering, though, comments particularly. It's coming along slowly but surely, though.
