Wordpress Plugin Error preventing activation

Hi, I'm trying to activate the PostRank wordpress plugin on my v2.7 installation. The error I'm getting is: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home2/libraryd/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-postrank/postrank.php on line 31
