Why aren't I able to send large attachments via email?
I used to be able to use my email account to send as many emails and attachments as I wanted to. Why aren't I able to send large attachments via email, and why are their limits on the number of messages I can send per day?

Inappropriate? In a nutshell, we had to impose limits on the mail server due to increased abuse of email services. If you're still on our old mail server, there are limits in place, including a 2Mb attachment limit and a cap on the number of messages you can send per day (to prevent users from using the mail server for email lists, spamming, etc.) More information can be found here: http://psiblog.net/2007/10/01/email-f...
The good news is if you haven't been approached yet, you will be soon, about migrating your email to either Google Apps for Domains or GoDaddy Email, depending on your business neeeds.
Google Apps is our preferred email service provider. At no additional cost to our customers, Google is offering free email, calendars and more for our users. Each user gets 6+Gb of email storage space with POP/IMAP access.
If you haven't already done so, call us at (706) 826-1506 and speak with Josh Wilkerson (Ext. 116) or Stephanie Dunn (Ext.130) about getting your account migrated over.
I’m happy
