add ALT tags on country flag icons

i will admit i'm a little ignorant when it comes to identifying flags. the little icons representing what county the person is from is great!! ...if you know the flags. it would be really nice to be able to hover over the icon and it tell me which country it is.

should be a quick little update to make some of us folks that got a C in geography happy. :D
