Add scrolling ("overflow:scroll;") to mobile Pownce's boxes?
I, like many Powncers, have an iPhone that I like to use in public places to make myself feel special and have others go "ooh, how do you like your iPhone" (no, really, this is one of the main reasons people get iPhones, didn't you know that?). Well, now that I am getting back into Pownce after being gone for basically the same amount of time that Pownce has been open to anyone (as opposed to invite-only), I want to be even cooler and when people ask me what I'm doing on my iPhone, I can say "Powncing!" and they'll be all like "Srsly?! What's that?!"
Well, currently, the mobile Pownce app is pretty good. It has some known issues that I'm sure are going to be addressed in the next mobile Pownce update, but one that is really problematic is that on replying / posting / etc via an iPhone, you can't easily scroll up and down inside of a particular textarea box unless it is explicitly given scrollbars via the CSS "overflow-y: scroll" ("overflow-y: auto" may also work, but I don't think it does). While scrollbars take up precious mobile real estate and field of view, it would really solve a big issue: if I need to change something earlier in my reply/post, I have to either fight with the iPhone's problematic finger-guided cursor placement and hope that it will scroll up/down a line in the textarea when I flick upwards/downwards inside of the textarea OR I just have to completely rewrite what I was writing, and as you can see, I can be somewhat longwinded.
Anyways, hopefully the addition of scrollbars would be a quick and easy fix.
Love Pownce, always have, always will.
