This would be a great addition. Personally, I like Pownce much more than Twitter but for the lack of theme customization.

Inappropriate?I'm for wider selection. I hate to let people customize their backgrounds themselves, though, because they usually use blinking GIFs with Comic Sans, in my experience. -

Inappropriate?I would love to be able to choose my own background, too. I don't like any of the themes really, so I've had to settle. There's no point in me getting a pro account because the custom theme would be my only reason! I'd use Twitter if it weren't for the ability to post more things in Pownce...
