Inappropriate?yes, this is a common feature in many programs to cut down on task bar clutter and should definitely be included in the next version of pownce.

Inappropriate?Yup, this would/will be a great feature. I'm not sure if this is a current AIR limitation or if we just didn't do it yet, but I'll look into it. -
Inappropriate?This is a big issue for me, too... I usually have way too much stuff open. An app that takes up space in my taskbar, but still requires me to go to the website to make replies, is not really worth it for me--I'll just stick with the website.

Inappropriate?Unfortunately, AIR doesn't support minmizing to the system tray or the OS X status bar. I agree that this would be really handy, but it just isn't possible yet.
