Does Pownce allow for markup of any kind?
HTML+CSS, BBCode, Textile, Wikitext, etc?
Nice to have, but it'd be great to be able to do some limited markup. One thing I will be using Pownce for is quoting pages I find around the net. I would love to be able to italicize titles.
Just another two cents. I'll send you the bill in a month. :-p

Inappropriate? This is something we might consider adding in the future. It'd be extremely limited if we did it (with great power comes great responsibility...). I doubt we'd add it very soon though... sorry.
And, no you can't markup at all at the moment.
I’m undecided

Inappropriate?I agree. I was going to post something and saw this first. At least the ability to link up text in the profile would be cool. Simple BBCode would be be nice.
I’m ready for this to work.

Inappropriate?why not add a title field that gets a fixed or selectable (drop-down menu) markup like bold or italic for example - i think thats one of the things people want to highlight the most =)
-
Inappropriate?I've noticed that if you insert an 'a' tag, it will link up the text correctly when viewing the user page (http://pownce.com/coxy) but not in the note page (http://pownce.com/coxy/notes/2693436/) or RSS feed.
It would be nice to see some consistency - as in, just support 'a href title' or automatically transform full urls into links... preferably both.
I’m suicidal

Nice catch! I've logged this as a bug. -
Fast response. I like it. :)
