Clicked on Export 3 or 4 days ago, it doesn't work still no export. My account is CreativeConvergence. Please help.

Inappropriate?They mentioned that it would take a few days as they need to generate the file and email it to you. I don't think that it's done automatically, and they obviously have a quite a few exports to get through. I'd give them at least a week. -
