Export link is a 404/Ackbar error?
I've tried it from the site itself and from the email reply. Not really sure what to do.
This isn't a bighuge deal for me, since I rarely used Pownce, but I've seen one or two people that have had the same problem (and probably didn't dig as deep as I had to do to find the Get Satisfaction link at Leah Culver's Pownce page).

Do you mean the page to retrieve your already exported files or the page to request your export ( http://pownce.com/settings/export ). If you've already requested your export and you continue to get a 404 after several tries, let me know and I'll connect you with our developers who can make sure you get your data out. -

Yes, I made the request, and then once I got the email on 12/9 saying the export was finished, the export link ( http://pownce.com/settings/export - which forwards to the same url with an additional tag on the end that looks like a unique ID) was a 404.

Inappropriate?Hey Matt, looks like you've run into a bug we recently discovered w/ secret keys. Try going to http://pownce.com/settings/secret_key/ and clicking "Change Key," then head back over to http://pownce.com/settings/export and it should work.
