how do I convert a fan into a friend?
I've made people fans' but I like to convert them to friends?
If I choose 'add friend' from the 'fans page' I can become a friend of them, but then I still need to wait for the them to friend me - correct?

For me to change them to friend, I need to make add them as a friend, and wait for them to approve me?

Inappropriate?If someone asks to be your friend, you can either add them as a friend or leave them as a fan (they're already a fan as soon as they ask). If you leave them as a fan, you can later add them as a friend by going to your fan list or to their page and clicking "add friend".
Fans are one-way relationships, but friends are a mutual relationship (you both agree to be friends). You can send and receive notes from friends, but fans can only read your public notes.
