How do I UNblock someone that I inadvertently blocked?

When I 'un-friended' someone I now realize that I also blocked them. I am looking for a way to remove the block but can't seem to find any. Supposedly this user is now a "blocked fan" but doesn't show up on my fan list. The fan count is also off (as is friends count) but I don't know if that is related.
