How long should it take to upgrade to the pro account - it has been a week
It has been a week since I have upgraded to pro but no upgrade has happened. I have included my receipt number in the email listed on the pownce website but I have received no response.

Inappropriate?I've sent an email to both info@pownce.com and help@megatechtronium.com with no reply. I'll forgive it for President's Day. (Is that a holiday? I'm Canadian.) I paid for a Pro account, but haven't seen the upgrade yet.
