Keeping last names private, please?
I noticed Pownce shows a person's full name if you hover over it in anyone's friend list. Personally, I'd prefer it if last names were kept private, to me and my friends. Any chance of fixing this?

Inappropriate?I've added this as a feature request to the Pownce community wiki at http://pownce.pbwiki.com . In the meantime, if keeping your last name out of public view is a concern, you can always enter a pseudonym in the last name field or simply type a blank character to avoid using a last name at all. -
Inappropriate?Pownce seems to have taken steps in hiding last names. Good.
There are still three more places where they pop up though:
* log out of Pownce
* go to http://pownce.com/username/friends/ , http://pownce.com/username/fan_of/ or http://pownce.com/username/fans/
* view page source
* search for "You are now friends with"
* find out people's full names
(and yes, this text does pop up on Google)
Just remove the Subscribe and Add Friend buttons on those pages when you're not logged in. They don't even work anyway (i.e. they don't ask you to log in when you try to use them).
