New Private Notes Not Sending Properly.

Private Notes don't seem to be working properly after what appears to be an update today.

I get "Select a valid choice. That choice is not one of the available choices." every time I attempt to send a private note. Not exactly sure what the change was to the private notes functionality that is causing this to occur, but I've tried to use the private notes sending functionality just like you would with the public notes functionality. If this is wrong, let me know please. :-)
