Not able to pick-up private notes.
I've received a few notifications over the last couple of days that I have a private note, but when I try to view it, Akbar tells me I'm not authorized to view it.

I can... I'll get an e-mail saying that I have a private message and when I click the link in th e-mail I get a 403 Forbidden error. "Ack! No access to this sector. Sorry, you don't have permission to access to this page. And, your Jedi mind tricks won't work here." is the caption above Akbar. I've since also noticed that these notes are NOT showing up in my main notes list.
