Pownce is dying.
Pownce is dying. Twitter, plurk and other services are killing it because it is too slow. I think pownce needs speed up, couple of *good* new features and some hype about those features. (maybe beta?)

We're constantly working on new features for Pownce and having all-hands meetings for discussing how we can add more value to the site both short-term and long-term.
Site speed is an ongoing process and is still our number one priority. -

Inappropriate?I don't really have speed issues, but am constantly lamenting that Pownce is both my favorite and my least used website of the genre . . . brilliant service, but these things aren't much fun without friends. And I'm not having any luck selling my friends on it. Stupid twitter.

Inappropriate?I think cross site support would be a nice feature to work on... perhaps with identi.ca which just seems to be growing exponentially each day.
