I'm test in Pownce but i can't use other language in Pownce

Their display "??????"

Inappropriate?Hmm, Pownce must be using an older changeset of the Django framework. Django (which is what Pownce is built on) has native Unicode support, but if they have to upgrade Django it can be a little time consuming to update the code to work the Unicode features.
Hopefully they fix that soon, because I can say with experience that the longer they wait the longer it will take to adapt their code to work with Django from trunk.
