RSS feed does not include link's url
When I post a Link the only thing that appears in the rss feed is the text added along the link, not the link's URL

Inappropriate?Ergh, that's frustrating. I'll look into it. Thanks.
-
Inappropriate?I'd really like to see this happen. I want to share my public feed with my friends who don't use Pownce, but it's pretty worthless without link URLs.
-
Inappropriate?In the meantime, I made this:
http://wattornot.com/ounce/
It uses the API to create a new RSS feed that includes links.

Inappropriate?That literally solved my problems, complete props to this guy!!!
http://wattornot.com/ounce/
This works a ton better than Pownce's system
I’m excited

Inappropriate?Not to broaden the issue here but photos (and most likely links to other files) also are not included. Compare the following:
* Site: http://skitch.com/jayallen/j8qj/pownc...
* Feed: http://skitch.com/jayallen/j8qe/pownc...
I sure would love it if we could get some full-fidelity feeds. -
Ounce (linked above) currently supports inline Flickr photos, and I plan to add some other media types in the next update. -
Thanks andrewwatt. Ounce looks very cool. Unfortunately, I'm specifically talking about the authenticated user feed and I'd rather not go putting my credentials into a third-party site. I appreciate it though as well as the effort you put into Ounce. It's really slick. -
Inappropriate?It's funny how mp3 streaming is included in the RSS feed, but something simple like links and pictures still doesn't work.
I’m bemused
-
Inappropriate?Any further update on this issue? The RSS feed as it is currently is somewhat pointless if it doesn't include links etc.
-
Inappropriate?Can someone tell us if this is going to be addressed, or if it is going to remain a 3rd party issue? I'd rather not have to use two web services (Pownce and Ounce) to get one good RSS feed!
