Uploading photos from iPod Touch
I noticed when I tried to attach a photo/file to a post from the mobile site on my iPod Touch that the option is greyed out. I haven't used the mobile site on an iPhone, so, I'm not sure if this is something to do with the Touch or if this feature just isn't implemented yet. But, I would love to have it working. Keep up the great work.

Hey there. This is a really lame thing about the iPod Touch and the iPhone. You can't select files off of the hard drive in those devices with the current operating system on them. Pretty silly, huh? We're all hoping that when they release the iPhone/iPod SDK software this coming month that this will change. Fingers crossed.

Inappropriate? Thanks for getting back to me. After thinking about it thats what I figured the problem was. Man, at least let us have access to the photos, you know? I'll be keeping my fingers crossed too.

Inappropriate?Did I get this right?...
So even with the newer Itouch or updated one that has the E-mail application or jailbroken one with email application, it's not possible to attach photos to E-mail or post them to net (example FlickR)??
I'm having the same problem and I went to the apple store to ask about it and they told me that its possible to attach photos with the 20$ update or just downloading a 3rd party program from internet... i'm not so handy with computers and I really dont know how to download programs to my Ipod touch. -
Inappropriate?by 20 dollar update, do they mean the sdk, and upgrading to firmware 2.0? Also if you went into an apple store I'm sure the didn't mean to jailbreak ur phone and use that kind of 3rd party app, they mean one written and apple approved through the sdk process

Inappropriate? If you have MySpace, you can upload photos using the MySpace app. It will place the images into a new folder called My Mobile Images.
