what to do about not being able to log in?

i recently set up an account and then forgot my username and password. i now know my user name but i had to use the reset password link. i clicked the link in my email to reset my password and typed in my new password. then it tells me there is a bug in the program to email them about it. when you click on the link to email it opens about 50 windows that say error. i have tried this a number of times through out the week. it never works. what do i do? how can i even contact someone about this? i noticed someone else on this site posted a problem with loggin and nobody has addressed it in days. however if you cant get it to work with your wii youll get 50 replies in 10 minutes. all i would like to do is log on.
