Where did my friends list go? I don't see my friends on the left-side of my profile anymore. I can only see their names when I sent links, etc.

I hope that they are just removing it temporarily to make way for a better way to see your friends. But if they are not, this really sucks!
I should be allowed to see how many friends that I have and be able to have links from my page to get onto theirs w/o have to go through obstacles to do so. This was a change that was completely unnecessary and needs to be fixed immediately.

It's weird. I looked at my some other profiles and friend lists are missing. However, "pro" accounts seem fine.

I've been noticing this as well and I think I've got it narrowed down (read:hypothetical) pretty nicely: If a user has under 18 friends, the friends box won't display.

Pretty straight forward... I think it has to do with the randomized display of 18 friends (perhaps the specific case of less than 18 was accidentally excluded).

Anyways, if I'm categorically wrong, feel free to bring the pain. I just checked all of your usernames with your friends, and the hypothesis held.

Same problem here. I'm also unable to access sets. Anyone know if there's a URL that I could use to go directly to my sets page? I tried pownce.com/username/sets, but that just redirected me back to my main page.

Well at least I'm not the only one with this problem or whatever it is......

Both workarounds allow me to see my sets and my friends, but I still can't see friends of friends by just navigating to their profiles. Any idea why Pownce has changes the display?

Not sure why this happened, but I'm a bit suprised that something like this isn't fixed already. Anybody from Pownce watching this forum at all?

The Pownce reps have actually been super active in their Pownce Satisfaction community. They've also been inundated in here over the past few days with lots of questions, problems, etc. and I think are doing an excellent job of being as responsive as they can considering there are only a couple of them here and they're also part of a small company that is in the midst of rapid development.

I'm impressed with the responsiveness from Pownce and this service! A great site!

Perhaps I'm over-estimating the value of seeing my friends listed on my Pownce home page - but it seems like a pretty big chunk of functionality to be missing for 2 days now.

Hey jdxdlego - Do you have suggestions for Satisfaction that you think would make it more useful? If so, we'd love to here them over here as we're still in Beta and are furiously working on the application.

Hi Amy. I think Satisfaction has a lot to offer. I for one would really like to see it thrive.

I do have one bit of constructive advice though. I noticed that both you and Thor seem to interject and defend companies from feedback provided by your users.

I think that is a big mistake. If Satisfaction is a user driven site, then your users should be your customers. They may rant a bit. Let them. Especially if they are paying customers of the service in question.

If you create and maintain the perception that you are but a marketing wing of the companies listed here, or their apologista, your user base will be much less likely to participate. It comes across as a conflict of interest.
