why do my files vanish after lengthy upload time?
hello... i'm a "pro" user. frequently, when i upload a large file, the file simply vanishes at the end of the upload. no sign of it whatsoever, and no message to explain what has happened or even acknowledgement of the fact that the file hasn't uploaded. this is extremely frustrating, as you can imagine. i just spent over an hour uploading, only to realise i've just wasted precious time.
can you please tell me what the problem is? if not, can you please refund my money?

Inappropriate?We're currently having an issue with the file upload process, as you've obviously noted. If you'd like a full technical explanation, I can elaborate but the gist of it is a trade-off problem with Amazon S3 where we host the uploaded files.
Leah and our other developer are working on the problem and we should have a good solution soon. However, if you'd like us to refund your Pro account, we can certainly do that as I understand it's frustrating to not be able to upload your files sometimes.
